Members on the CHAPS Advisory Council serve voluntarily. Our instructional staff are employees of Bexar County Juvenile Probation. We have 5 geldings, Smoky, Amos Hundred, Mikey and Henry!

Partners For Youth CAHSP Advisory Council was formed in 2006. We began providing equine assisted therapy and activities to juvenile youth beginning in 2011.

CHAPS is supported by the Equine Advisory Council of the non-profit organization Partners for Youth (a 501(c)(3)), by the Bexar County Juvenile Board and is managed by the Bexar County Juvenile Probation Department. CHAPS has been in existence since 2011.

To donate the CHAPS Program follow the link below. Donations will go to the development of trail activities for families beginning in February and to replace horse worn winter wear (blankets) for next year!
